Smart
devices

Our smart devices, through their sensors, can provide environment-based contextual awareness. They feature high-precision, multimodal real-time positioning (RTLS), heat and gas detection, an HD camera, and SOS detection. The device is designed with an ergonomic, user-friendly interface.

Halo I

The smart helmet for the mobility of the future.

HALO I is not just a safety helmet — it is a key element for integrating prevention into Smart City environments and urban operations. Designed for food delivery riders, motorcycle and bicycle couriers, waste collection truck drivers, and mobile operators, HALO I turns every journey into a monitored and safe environment.

Thanks to its NB/LTE-M connectivity and advanced sensor suite, the helmet enables:

  • Accident detection and immediate SOS alerts with real-time geolocation.
  • Monitoring of environmental parameters (noise, heat, humidity, air quality) in urban environments.
  • Integration with municipal or corporate platforms, providing key data to improve road safety, route planning, and the prevention of occupational risks in mobile operations.
With CE and CPSC certifications, HALO I positions itself as the connected safety standard for urban and operational mobility.

Halo III

The adaptable wearable for every worker.

The HALO III goes beyond being just a wristband. Its multi-purpose design allows it to be worn comfortably on the wrist, clipped to a pocket, or attached to a belt, adapting to any worker profile and every operational scenario.

Among its main features are:

  • SOS and fall detection with automatic location sharing.
  • Thermal stress monitoring and measurement of critical environmental parameters.
  • Visual and audible alerts that support the worker at all times.
  • 16-hour battery life and 2-hour fast charging, designed for full work shifts.

The HALO III is a true portable aura of protection, turning safety into an invisible yet constantly present element.

Unlimited safety, even underground.

The HALO III+ retains all the functionalities of the HALO III, while going a step further in the most demanding environments. Its versatile design allows it to be worn on the wrist, in a pocket, or on the waist, adapting to any operator and work situation.

Key features include:

  • SOS and fall detection with automatic location transmission.
  • Monitoring of heat stress and critical environmental parameters.
  • Visual and audible alerts that support the operator at all times.
  • 16-hour battery life and fast charging in 2 hours, designed for full work shifts.
  • Indoor positioning (RTLS) via BLE/WiFi/AoA, designed for tunnels, mines, and areas without GPS coverage.

The HALO III+ extends protection where conventional systems cannot reach, becoming an indispensable ally for safety in enclosed and highly complex environments.

Halo IV

The smart helmet that protects from the inside.

The HALO IV is not just any helmet. Its pioneering technology integrates brain sensors that monitor the worker’s activity in real time, anticipating fatigue, drowsiness, and other invisible risks that compromise safety.

Key features include:

  • Early detection of fatigue, drowsiness, and epileptic seizures through brainwave (EEG) analysis.
  • Integration of heart rate and blood oxygen (SpO₂) sensors to identify additional risks.
  • Real-time processing with advanced algorithms that filter noise and generate immediate alerts for the user and the control center.
  • Continuous, non-invasive monitoring thanks to dry electrodes integrated into the helmet band.

HALO IV represents an evolutionary leap in workplace safety: an intelligent protection system that turns the worker’s mind into its greatest ally in accident prevention.

New features

Geofencing by area type and environmental conditions

HALOTECH AI allows the configuration of intelligent virtual zones not only based on physical access and restrictions, but also on critical environmental conditions:

  • Areas with high temperatures.
  • Zones with poor air quality or harmful gases.
  • Sections with excessive humidity or pressure.
  • Environments with dangerous noise levels.

These real-time alerts protect the operator before entering a risky area, triggering prevention or evacuation protocols according to the type of zone.

Anti-collision

Using advanced proximity algorithms and sensors, the anti-collision feature detects the presence of vehicles, machinery, or other workers, issuing immediate alerts to prevent accidents. A critical layer for construction sites, mining, ports, and factories.

RTLS – Indoor positioning

The HALO RTLS provides high-precision location tracking in GPS-denied environments, such as mines, tunnels, warehouses, or hospitals. Using BLE, WiFi, and RSSI/AoA algorithms, devices switch between anchor and tag modes, creating dynamic 3D maps that display the exact real-time position of each worker.

Voice Recognition for unique device identification

Each HALO device can incorporate a biometric voice recognition system that unequivocally validates the user’s identity. This prevents impersonation and ensures that all information and alerts are always linked to the correct operator.

Modular charging solutions and remote updates

HALOTECH offers smart charging cabinets and modular solutions capable of managing dozens of devices simultaneously. Additionally, the platform allows remote firmware (FW) updates, ensuring that all HALO devices are always up-to-date with the latest safety and connectivity features without interrupting operations.
